Hoppy Spring!

I colored my Bunny with Copics before creating my calendar page. Since the calendar's pages fit between two pieces of clear acrylic, I kept my embellishments few and skinny - just a few jewels and a tiny flower.
I pulled the die-cut sentiment from my stash pile and used a white gel pen to match the white embossing of the letters. The actual calendar grid is from Google images.

 I got to play with this little cutie from Gerda Steiner Designs. They are this month's guest sponsor. Isn't he cute?! His name is Cute Elephant with Balloon Bird. I decided this guy is too cute for grey, so I gave him a pale shade of teal with my Copics, while I colored his friend in bright cardinal red.
I had lots of fun with embellishments on my card, using diecuts, pearls and flourishes, jeweled flowers, fibers and gold glitter alpha stickers.
