Busy Doing Nothing

That is the stamp set from which this little beauty comes from, a Crafter's Companion stamp set collection from Sheena Douglas called "A Little Bit Sketchy".  The CC challenge for the month of May is Flowers, and everything is coming up roses on my card.
The large rose is a handmade flower from crafter Shannon Leffew, who has some of her best and brightest at her Etsy Shop.
The other flowers are from my stash, neither of which were red before I made my card.  That's right, another cool use for those Spectrum Noir markers that Crafter's Companion offers!
I did have to stamp my image twice, as I wanted a tiny bit of dimension.  I colored a second image, fussy cut it out, and, using glue dots, added her arm, her face and the dress' bow to the original image.
Right now Crafter's Companion has a lot of giveaways going on at their store, on their blogs, and on the design team's blogs!  It's a great time to play in their challenge, as well as take advantage of their super sale, where every day in May one lucky buyer will win an Ultimate Tool!!!  I have one myself, and it is so much more than a score board.
So what are you waiting for?  Go over to the official blog and become a follower and leave a comment for your chance to win.  Oh, and a favor please, mention that Pat Martin sent you so I can get an extra draw in the giveaways!!
