A Sweet Christmas at the 12 Months of Christmas Link-Up

Christmas is getting closer with each passing month--how is your stash of Christmas cards coming along? At the 12 Months of Christmas Link-Up, we offer a sweet way to build yours up. Just create and link up two holiday cards a month for free digital papers and a chance to win extra goodies at the end of the year.
This month the theme is Christmas confectionery. What would Christmas be without all the edible goodies associated with the holiday season. The taste of gingerbread, the aroma of plum pudding baking, the sweet minty flavor of candy canes and the warming comfort of hot cocoa with whipped cream or marshmallows--mmm! These are just a few of the yummy treats offered during the holidays.
In order to have a chance to win the prize from our wonderful guest sponsor this month,
Imagine That!, just  make sure that your card has some sort of candy or goodies suitable for the Christmas holidays in your design. Examples include: candy canes, cake, muffins, bread pudding, gingerbread, cocoa, etc If you do follow the optional theme, be sure to add FT after your name so that we include you in the draw for the prize.
My card features a digital image from Imagine That! called Jars of Cheer. After coloring with Copics, I framed my jar with red cardstock and popped it onto a card face blocked with pieces of patterned papers from Decosse's Dynamite Doodles' Christmas Candy Paper Kit. I created my sentiment in Photoshop using Leathery and LD Handwritten Greetings fonts.
Remember, you don't need to follow the theme to link up your cards and earn a free paper each month, and have your name thrown into the year end draw for some extra digital goodies. You only need to follow the theme if you want a chance to win this month's sponsored prize of a $10 gift certificate to the Imagine That! Digistamp store.
  • Additional Sponsor: Décosse's Dynamite Doodles
  • Prize being offered: One free digital paper to everyone who links up a minimum of two cards to the challenge.  Cards can be anything goes for this prize, they only have to follow the theme if they want a chance at the sponsor's prize.  The mini set of six digital papers called Christmas Confectionery, will also be offered up as a prize to one random winner.
